Anonymisation of correspondence May we remind practices when e mailing, posting or faxing any correspondence to the LMC office to make sure it has no patient identifiable detail on it apart from an NHS number if there is one.
CQC Registrations CQC have asked if we would remind practices who now have a nhs.net address to make the necessary changes to their registration details on the CQC portal.
