Please follow link https://www.england.nhs.uk/publication/annual-seasonal-flu-vaccination-programme-and-reimbursement-guidance
DLVA Changes: From now, the law has changed to enable healthcare professionals other than doctors to complete DVLA medical questionnaires following notification of a medical condition that may affect an individual’s driving. DVLA announces change in the law to enable more healthcare professionals to complete medical questionnaires - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). It does not apply to the D4 Medical Examination Report which will still need to be completed by a doctor or consultant who is registered with the GMC.
MSK Service: The MSK Physiotherapy service currently offers a self-referral service for those patients who have been assessed by their primary care team. Once assessed, patients can be given the phone number for the booking office to make initial contact on 01278 436733 and the patient must supply a code, either 1 or 2; Code 1 is for urgent cases and code 2 for routine. The inclusion criteria and guidance on urgent vs routine. NB. Patients do NOT require a referral letter from their primary care team.
