SHS was launched in April 2016 as part of the Symphony Programme vanguard. Since then, we have rapidly grown to support a network of 10 GP practices, providing personalised care for over 68,000 patients.

A competitive remuneration package is available based on the BMA GP contract and pay scale linked to national pay awards, plus
additional incentive payments and allowances for clinical specialist skills or leadership roles.
