Personalised Care Health Coaching Trainer-Facilitator
Our programme has been developed by colleagues from the health and care sector in the South-West, a multi-professional group of people from NHS, Local Authority and VCSE partners working together to share expertise. Our programme is in two parts, Personalised Conversations and Personalised Care & Health Coaching Skills and is accredited by the Personalised Care Institute. Full training with personal and professional development in Personalised Care, Health Coaching, and trainer/facilitator skills.
Mentoring support to develop your skills to become a trainer/facilitator of Part 1 Personalised Conversations, and Part 2 Personalised Care & Health Coaching Skills.

All courses are delivered virtually via MS Teams, and you can work where it suits you.
