• SGPET Events: Since returning to face to face meetings we are getting a number of practice staff who DNA, while we have introduced a minimal charge to help the education trust recoup some of the costs involved in this (venue/meals/speakers/IT etc), it has come to light that a lot of the non-attenders have in fact moved to another practice. As we have to pay for all delegate places booked 7 days prior to the event and often hold a large waiting list, can we please ask that you do all or some of the below 

1. If a member of staff leaves your practice please check at an exit interview if they have booked any future events and cancel asking them to rebook under their new practice.
2. If a new member joins your practice please check if they have booked on any future events.
3. If you are a member of staff moving practice please ask your new employer if you can attend if not please cancel your place.

          If not we unfortunately will need to invoice the original practice where the booking was made.
