Somerset have funded places for the next cohort of the CARE Programme. CARE is open to all primary care colleagues, both clinical and non-clinical. A webinar will be held on Thursday 17th Nov 12.30-13.30. CARE Programme Expressions of interest to care@napc.co.uk by 5pm on Friday 9th December 2022.

Free 1 hour lunchtime workshops For Stop Adult Abuse Week, 21-25 November 2022, Avon and Somerset Safeguarding Adults Boards are providing a week of free 1 hour lunchtime workshops between 1-2pm each day. These workshops focus on the theme of Responding to Contemporary Safeguarding Challenges and cover the following:
-Monday 21 Nov - Adult Exploitation
-Tuesday 22 Nov - Self Neglect
-Wednesday 23 Nov - Safeguarding in everyday life
-Thursday 24 Nov – Elder Abuse
-Friday 25 Nov – Domestic Abuse and Technology
