An excellent opportunity has arisen within North Curry Health Centre to join the Primary Health Care Team.
We are a friendly Dispensing Practice with a list size of just under 4,000 patients. With 2 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, 4 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA, 4 Dispensers and an reception/admin team of 7 staff, and a Practice Manager.
We are looking for someone familiar with all aspects of primary care nursing and preferably up-to-date experience of chronic disease management including asthma, COPD and diabetes. We use practice templates and the EMIS Web clinical system to help maintain a high standard of care for our patients.
Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience. Benefits include an NHS Pension and five weeks annual leave. Our successful candidate will be welcomed into a forward thinking, supportive working environment with regular opportunities for training and education.
