GP PARTNER or SALARIED GP
Ryalls Park Medical Centre (RPMC) seeks GP to join the team due to the one of our partners retirement. 4 sessions per week GMS - Additional session may be available for special interest work.
At RPMC we value every member of the team, our work streams ensure that we understand the patients need and therefore allocate the most appropriate available person. We strive to ensure that each professional is doing the work only they can do. In addition to our clinical team we have a fantastic admin team in place to further support this work.

This has transformed both the processes and the culture in the practice over the past 12 months. We seek to create roles that fulfill our team members passions and professional goals – You may have a special interest in contraception, mental health, substance misuse, minor ops or joint injections? Perhaps your special interest is the way you work – By telephone, dealing with clinical documents, medicines management or perhaps you like to see patients face to face! We understand that our team give so much more when they are doing work that keeps them fulfilled. Having a skill mix allows us to work as a team to distribute the work fairly.

We have made a firm commitment to remaining an independent Partnership whilst working closely with our surrounding practices to form a Primary Care Network. We are also interested in speaking to clinical professionals who are interested in the running of the business. In the traditional model you would have been expected to join the Partnership and deliver care whilst trying to run the business. We realise that both working at the coalface and running the business is nigh on impossible and have created a surprisingly simple model that supports this.
