How to manage yourself and stay resilient through a complaint with Dr Sarah Coope, 30th Jan 13.00, via Zoom - This course has been co-created alongside Dr Rachel Morris, who you may know through ‘ Not a Frog Podcast’. In this session, we think about the way we respond to complaints and difficult feedback. We explore how to manage our emotions, our responses and our behaviour so that we can navigate these difficult times with more ease and self-compassion so that we avoid burning out. or making things worse for ourselves.

EXTERNAL EVENTS/RESOURCES
- CARE Programme - National Cohort funded places - an offer of 2 places on the CARE Programme - Participants can be from primary, social or community care and from any discipline, clinical and non-clinical. Currently attendees for the CARE programme are nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, GPs, social prescribers, care navigators, community nurses, practice managers, care home managers, dental and optometry staff. Systems are now using the CARE programme as a way of developing Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, you may want to consider this when nominating any individuals from your system.
