- Advanced Practitioners - NEW Somerset Training Hub Microsoft Team - A new peer support forum using Microsoft Teams has been created for current and aspiring multi-professional Advanced Practitioners working in primary care in Somerset. Those who have previously expressed interest to our AP Lead Catherine Hayden and those on an NHSE (HEE) funded advanced practice course have been added already, if you are interested in joining please click here and complete your details.
