Booking terms and conditions

Many LMC sessions are supported by the Pharmaceutical Industry, if you book on one of the sessions your name will be shared with the Company supporting the meeting.

Cancelling a session 

Please email or phone Somerset LMC, you cannot cancel the session from your record.

Cancellations by a delegate

Cancellations made by the delegate can be refunded if we are notified at least one week before the event.  If we are given less than one week’s notice we cannot refund the payment unless we are able to fill the place.  Alternatively you can substitute the cancelled delegate with another staff member at no extra cost.

Cancellations by Somerset LMC

Occasionally it may be necessary for us to cancel a training session due to insufficient numbers or due to situations beyond our control. If this occurs a full refund will be made unless the delegate transfers his or her booking to an alternative session.
