An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated manager, with strategic vision, to join this established and well respected medical practice.
Diamond Health Group is a combination of general practice and community services. General practice is provided at two sites following a successful merger of two separate PMS contracts last year. Hendford Lodge Medical Centre is a large town centre practice owned by us, completely renovated and extended in 2012-3. Abbey Manor Medical Practice is leased and flourishes in north-west Yeovil near to the rapidly growing housing developments.
Both practices are accredited for general practitioner training. Together the list size is approximately 15000. We are interested in innovative ways of working and have utilised skill mixing to establish a separation of acute care (largely provided by ECP’s, paramedics and nurse practitioners) and routine care (largely provided by general practitioners, pharmacist, practice nurses, health care assistants, health coaches and complex care nurse).
The community services provided are an orthopedic interface service (OASIS East) and community leg ulcer service for the practices in the South Somerset and CLICK federations (CLUS).

The successful applicant will be expected to meet the English language fluency requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016.
Salary negotiable according to skills and experience
