Director of Nursing (32 hours) - Avon LMC
This is an exciting role for someone who wants to make a difference to general practice and Practice Nursing. It involves providing clinical advice and educational support, working proactively with GPs and Practice Nurses and other clinical members of the Practice team. You will need to be a strategic thinker as well as an experienced nurse with a clear understanding of the current and future issues affecting the profession and General Practice. As developing relationships with Practices and their clinical staff is key to the success of this role, you will need strong communication and influencing skills, be flexible and organised.
