Receptionist / Administrator
We are a dispensing GP practice with 3 doctors and 5,700 patients. Due to the previous post holder relocating, we are looking to recruit a diligent and motivated individual to the above Receptionist / Administrator post.
Working a minimum of 23hrs per week the successful candidate will cover both front of house reception and surgery administration.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to prioritise, work well under pressure and be comfortable with using computer systems.
There will also be a requirement for the appointed person to remain flexible in order to cover colleagues' sickness absence or annual leave, to participate in an extended hours rota and to attend a programme of training.
