Administrator / Receptionist
We are a dispensing GP practice with 3 doctors and 5,700 patients. Due to the retirement of the current post-holder, we are looking to recruit a diligent and motivated individual to the above Administrator / Receptionist post.
Working a minimum of 20.5hrs per week the successful candidate will cover both surgery administration and front of house reception.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to prioritise, work well under pressure and be comfortable with using computer systems.
There will also be a requirement for the appointed person to remain flexible in order to cover colleagues' sickness absence or annual leave, to participate in an extended hours rota and to attend a programme of training.
