Tracy Green is a Primary Care Consultant with 15 years’ experience in general practice management, 9 of those being a CQC Practice Manager Specialist Adviser.
Tracy has been part of 65+ inspections with the CQC and several as a provider including leading on a recent improvement programme to raise the practice rating from Inadequate to Good. Tracy is a trainer and coach and works as an associate with one of NHSEs delivery partners on the GPIP programme and works with the RCGP on improvement work in England and Wales.
