Somerset Local Medical Committee - FREE Remote Legal Surgery Sessions

Full sector specialist law firm, VWV, will be providing GPs and Practice Managers with in person face to face 40 minute 1-2-1 legal advice sessions from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Wednesday 21 September 2022.

Having merged with Lockharts Solicitors in early 2017, VWV's healthcare team have more than 25 years' experience in the primary care sector and have acted for over 2,000 GP practices and other primary care providers throughout the country. Led by Ben Willis, VWV's specialist team of primary care lawyers have an excellent understanding of the range of challenges, changes and developments affecting the primary care sector, and can provide you with a full range of specialist legal solutions specific to your organisation.

VWV's healthcare team offers a broad range of legal advice and support for you and your practice, including GP incorporations, PCN arrangements and PCN incorporations, primary medical services, regulations/contracts, federations, mergers, super partnerships, disputes, partnership agreements - new and updating, premises, employment, ICS arrangements and contracting, data protection, procurement, CQC, GMC, immigration and more.
