INDEPENDENT & SUPPLEMENTARY PRESCRIBING / NMP - UWE PROGRAMME 2023-24 DATES and INFORMATION We have been asked to share the dates for Sept 23 and Jan 24 prescribing courses and cohorts, and the 2023-24 application forms (PAF). Please note the dates are not yet open on the website to apply but applicants are encouraged to complete the PAF in readiness. UWE are continuing with online delivery via Teams.
Applicants must: 1) confirm that they have undertaken the internal process before applying 2) upload the PAF as one document not separate pages and 3) upload evidence of honorary contracts / agreements etc if they are accessing the DPS/DPP, and their practice hours, from another organisation.
NB Applicants should enrol and upload the PAF at the same time - any applications made without a PAF being present (within 24 hours) will be rejected. For info email: deborah2.moreno-chamorro@uwe.ac.uk
