Nurse Appraisal Toolkit

Somerset LMC developed a Nurse appraisal peer to peer toolkit that was piloted in Somerset in 2013, this was well received by both the practice nurses and practices, and had recognition by the RCN and the RCGP and was published in the Education Green Journal.
