Wessex LMCs Practice Healthcheck Diagnostic Tool

Updated on Friday, 3 August 2018, 937 views

Dear Colleagues,

Wessex LMCs is delighted to disseminate its quick and easy to use Healthcheck Diagnostic tool for practices together with our lunch and learn programme on how to make best use of it. You will note that there are two of the latter – the first is for participants in a lunch and learn session and the second has notes for the facilitator running the session.

We are further pleased to announce that the tool has been endorsed by the RCGP who are also now available to offer facilitation both for the diagnostic stage plus a menu of options to take forward action plans, particularly for practices within the resilience programme.

NHS England will also be publishing the tool on its own website (with acknowledgment to Wessex LMCs) for use by practices nationally.

Please note that the diagnostic tool can also be used on its own either by one or more individuals in a practice or by a group working together, either way it opens up debate which is good!

We hope you find the diagnostic tool helpful in assessing your own practice position and please feel free to feedback any comments for improvement to office@wessexlmcs.org.uk

With Best Wishes
