The new Language and translation service including BSL and document transcribing went live on October 1st with a new provider Word 360 and can be accessed via https://app.wordskii.com . Training materials have been sent out to all practice managers with instructions on how to set up an account and for those who were unable to attend the CCG training session you can still join a training webinar provided by Word 360 as follows:
