To enable Somerset Health and Social Care Community shape a collaborative and shared culture, The Wellbeing Collective are delivering a positive and enriching programme, enabling Somerset Health and Social Care Community to achieve this culture, and I would like to take this opportunity of inviting you and your employees to attend the masterclasses and workshops planned to assist with this. Our Shared Endeavour – Culture Collaboration and Change - Flyer and dates
The Learning Labs are a five day programme comprising of seminars on contemporary research, introducing new tools and techniques and will provide time for reflection, sharing good practice and networking. These seminars are aimed at OD Practitioners, HR Business Partners, Learning and Development post holders across the STP footprint.
The Two Day Workshops will focus on learning around organisational development, understanding and delivering change and development of a shared culture of care. These workshops are for all staff working across the Somerset area.
