Diamond Health Group are seeking a motivated GP to join our Practice. Situated in central Yeovil, with a branch site on the outskirts at Abbey Manor Park; we are an established and dynamic Practice, with a list size of approximately 15,000 patients and are rated Good by CQC.
You will be joining our experienced Doctor team of three GP Partners and Salaried GP’s. We also have an extensive Nursing team that lead on Chronic Disease management and operate the Community Leg Ulcer Service for South Somerset.
Our Acute Care Team of Paramedics and Nurse Practitioners, in conjunction with our Pharmacist and team of Health Coaches, further help the Practice to deliver a holistic approach to patient care.
We are a GP training Practice and pride ourselves on the upskilling and development of our teams, in a supportive environment, to develop their special interests. Tier 2 Visa sponsorship available.
