We would love to welcome you to our practice as a salaried GP based in Somerset. We are fantastically located on the cusp of the Somerset countryside, whilst maintaining easy access to Bristol, Bath and Taunton. We are a medium sized practice with a great team-working ethic and good staff retention. We are really proud of our modern and newly updated premises, which are based on a health park site, accompanied by a dentist and pharmacy.
How Vine Surgery ticks;
- Training practice for registrars and medical students
- Streamlined admin workflow thereby limiting GP paperwork
- Clinical team includes ANPs and also a pharmacist and physio via our strong PCN links
- Close relationship with Mendip Integrated Health and Wellbeing giving excellent access to social prescribing and complex care integration
- Regular staff interaction with daily coffee break and weekly practice briefings and MDTs
- We use a shared ‘on the day access’ system, thereby removing the stress of the duty doctor and ensuring regular sociable finish times !
