VINE SURGERY PARTNERSHIP
We are a 7 partner training practice based in Street, home of Clarks shoes and Clarks Outlet Village. We have a patient list of 13,000 and look after the residents of Street, Glastonbury and surrounding villages. We are also actively involved in West Mendip Primary Care Network and the Your Health and Wellbeing Mendip group of practices. We also work closely with Health Connections Mendip and West Mendip Symphony Hub, actively encouraging social prescribing and integrated care of our complex patients.
We can offer a part time healthcare assistant role with competitive remuneration. You will be working within a supportive team from a modern, purpose built surgery.
You will ideally have previous general practice experience and will have an interest in chronic disease and lifestyle management.
