GP - Fixed term, 3 days a week, salaried post (could be self-employed locum if you prefer) in welcoming, supportive practice
East Quay Medical Centre is looking for a GP to help later this year. We are fortunate to have a large team and so whilst we would ideally like someone to join us from July to December, we can be flexible. For example mybe you can't join until August or need to finish in November - don't let that stop you from chatting to us as we can accommodate something different.
We are a very friendly and well-organised large practice, who look after each other whilst providing a good quality of care to our patients.
We have a very long history of GP (and other) training. Our Practice Manager is the leader of the GP Plus and resilience projects and so our practice is a great place to be. We believe in supporting those with us and helping them as much as they help us.
We also believe in enabling people to work in a way that works for them. And so, whilst we ideally want 3 days a week (including Wednesday and Friday) we are happy to work with the GP helping us to craft their working week, and their surgeries, so that it works for them.
We are also happy to help with the other aspects of working requirements - patient surveys, audits, CPD and so on. AND we are just off junction 23 of the M5.
