Practice Nurse (Part-time)
West Somerset Healthcare (Williton & Watchet Surgeries)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring RGN with practice nurse experience to join our friendly and well established team.
West Somerset Healthcare provides traditional family GP services from our surgeries in Williton and Watchet, and as a training practice supports a culture of learning and development.
The post is for a minimum of 22.5 hours per week and will include one 6pm finish. Other hours and days of the week can be negotiated to fit in with our team of five practice nurses and three HCAs. Our clinical team also includes two Nurse Practitioners supporting our six GP partners.
The successful candidate will be experienced in all treatment room procedures including vaccination and immunisation, dressings and cervical cytology. Diabetes long-term conditions management will form part of the role, therefore qualifications and experience in this area would be an advantage but are not essential as full training will be provided to a willing candidate.
