PRACTICE MANAGER
SUMMERVALE MEDICAL CENTRE - ILMINSTER
Highly committed and skilled Practice Manager sought to lead our excellent practice team in our dispensing practice in Ilminster.
We are a friendly and supportive practice, very committed to delivering high quality care for our patients. We operate from modern, purpose built premises with excellent facilities and parking covering a population of around 7,600 patients.
Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and will demonstrate strong skills in leadership, team working and staff development. Our practice team is our greatest asset and as such, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of motivating, energising and leading staff to develop their full potential. Previous management/supervisory experience is essential. Previous experience in primary care is highly desirable.
The role will need a degree of flexibility in terms of hours worked.
Hours are negotiable but in the region of 30-37 per week.
Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
