Creech Medical Centre in Creech St Michael, Taunton, Somerset, is looking for an established Urgent Care ACP to pioneer this new role in the surgery. Due to a recent surge in patient population and demand our GP team are keen to develop new ways of working to manage our patients safely and effectively.
The opportunity: We are seeking a Band 8a 0.64 WTE (24 hours) experienced ACP to manage the Practice’s day to day urgent care needs. You will need to have extensive Urgent Care experience in the Primary Care setting, be a confident, safe non-medical prescriber, and see people of all ages and all Urgent Care presentations to with minimal supervision. EMIS experience is preferable but not essential. As well as face to face consultations, you will support the daily clinical team workload managing documents, investigation results and prescriptions.
