Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner
We are looking to recruit an experienced advanced nurse practitioner to join our friendly team. Our multidisciplinary team is supportive and united in practicing high quality patient centered care.
The clinical team includes 4 GP partners, a GP Retainer, clinical pharmacist, and an advanced nurse practitioner, 2 practice nurses, 3 health care assistants, a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, a community psychiatric nurse and is well supported by health coaches.
We have a modern purpose built rural practice in a beautiful setting on the Somerset / Dorset border with a list size of 7100 patients with a branch surgery 6 miles away.

A General Practice background and primary care skills would be highly desirable as would a prescribing qualification. The hours and days are negotiable. Salary will be competitive dependent on experience. The successful candidate must be able to reach autonomous decisions and ideally should have experience in assessing and treating patients and telephone consultation. It is envisaged that the role could include home visiting.
