Effective Communication Training
This half day course is aimed at Staff who are in public facing roles. The aim of the course is to assist staff with communicating in an effective way, forging more positive relationships with colleagues and patients, and preventing miscommunication or potential conflict.
The course will help delegates to:
- Understand the importance of communication
- Understand differing communication styles, including assertiveness
- Practice communicating well and become confident in seeking resolution to potential conflict situations
- Explore personal challenges in General Practice & find ways to address these
