A full day of education and breakout groups to help GPs, Practice Managers, Lead Nurses and Primary Care Leaders understand the opportunities for development of the general practice workforce for the future.
As well as covering GPs, Nurses, Nurse Associates, HCAs Apprenticeships, Paramedics, Health Coaches and the new models of enhanced primary care that are developing in Somerset we will also include advice on the employment issues that are associated with this changing workforce.
