This is a lunchtime event.
Times: 13:00 - 14:30
A monthly series of meetings from the LMC and Training Hub to give you the latest news, advice and support about the best ways you can recruit, retain, develop and train your practice and PCN workforce. These sessions may be recorded for use as resources for future.
Two years on the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme has already made a difference across all Somerset PCNs.
The range of new roles is increasing to 15 this year and by 2024 over 300 new professionals will have been introduced into primary care since 2019. All this is asking everyone in general practice to take on a lot of new ideas and new ways of working and this event is aimed to help you with this.
This webinar will help us all in general practice to be able to answer the key questions:
- How well is ARRS meeting its aims to increase capacity in general practice and introduce new ways of working and providing care?
- What are the roles now covered by ARRS?
- What difference are the MSK physios, social prescribing link workers, clinical pharmacists, care coordinators and others making already to patients and populations?
- How will the addition of paramedics and mental health practitioners work?
- What can our practices, teams and professionals do to make the most of ARRS?
- How are all these new role workers being supported
1.00 - 2.00 - ARRS webinar with presentations , Qs&As
2.00 - 2.30 - Get help with your workforce questions and problems from the Training Hub
