A full day for practice managers and their deputies, there will be a mixture of learning through interactive work groups and presentations to help manage your resilience and the stresses and strains associated with the ever-growing complexity and demands of the Practice Manager’s role. We have built in some fun time and Dr Phil Hammond will be closing the show to raise your spirits and send you home with a smile.
