Livewellwithpain is a clinician run national organisation that has recently added new resources for HCPs at www.livewellwithpain.co.uk . They also have a patient facing website Home - My Live Well With Pain which is currently offering a free 5 session program to help patients live well with their pain, which you may want to signpost patients towards.
