- Education Events on Zoom As practices will be aware the education team have moved the full programme where feasible online to Zoom and have also added many further events to those that had been delivered F2F. To date this has had excellent attendance, so much so that many have had waiting lists. More recently we are finding that despite places being booked, delegates have not attended on the day, one recent example was an event with 21 booked (with 5 on a waiting list) and just 9 attended on the day. Please can we ask that if you find you are not able to attend that you cancel your booking as soon as possible, to allows others that wish to do so can .

- This short video now added to our new roles area on the website, provides an introduction into the MSK First Contact Physiotherapy service in Somerset. It was co-produced by the FCP and Improvement Teams at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust to highlight the key aspects of the role and how it can improve the skill mix of the primary care team. - Ear Care Training changes- Due to the new lockdown period, we have decided to postpone the Ear Irrigation session we had scheduled for the 11th Nov, all booked attendees have ben notified. The two day HCA session will be going ahead on the 24th & 25th Nov and also the Ear Care Update on the 2 Dec. We will be scheduling new dates for the new year including a Ear Irrigation full day and will notify you all as soon as we can.
