Uptake of UWE CPD COURSES for 2020-21 - From Carol Hobbs: Thank you to those who have contacted me so far. I am pleased to have been able to support so many Nurses and AHPs and I have now offered 46 places out of 68. We have a waiting list for NMP, PADRAP and Diabetes courses and will be commissioning more. If your practice has been offered a place please ask the individual to 'Apply' on the link sent, and select a start date - there are several options to choose from throughout 2020-21 due to online training. Unfortunately 30 practices have not yet responded and we have places for COPD x 5, Asthma x1, Motivational Interviewing x4 and others - see sheet attached. So if you would like a place on any of these listed, or any other, please complete and return the sheet to carol.hobbs4@nhs.net by 7th September 2020.
The Training Hub will be contacting all PCNs shortly and asking them complete an Investment Plan for use of National funding for CPD for all Nurses and AHPs in General Practice. This will need to include any UWE Contract places already procured. More details will follow but in the meantime please think about your CPD needs and how we can help.
