The PCN service specifications and accompanying survey have now been published,The survey is an opportunity for interested parties to provide feedback on draft outlines of the five specifications. Some of these services will be delivered solely by General Practice working through the Primary Care Network contract, and some (Enhanced Health in Care Homes and Anticipatory Care) in close partnership with providers of community services.
Engagement through the survey will be supplemented with a series of webinars in December 2019 and January 2020, where the outline service specifications will be discussed
