The Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is a Foundation Trust Hospital based in the historic cathedral city of Exeter, in the heart of the South West of England. The Trust has become a partner in the creation of a major Medical School, The Peninsula Medical School.

We are seeking a medically qualified clinical assistant to join our progressive Stroke Research Team at the Royal Devon and Exeter Foundation NHS Trust. The group is now an integral part of the Stroke Research Network and carries out many interesting studies, both academic and commercial, into stroke and its associated problems The role will provide medical input to the Clinical Research portfolio of studies and work as an integrated part of the Clinical Research Team recruiting and supporting people with Stroke throughout their involvement in Clinical Research projects.

THE SOMERSET CFS/ME SERVICE IS LOOKING FOR A G.P.FOR ONE YEAR - 8 HOURS PER MONTH

The Somerset Chronic Fatigue/ME Service (CFS/ME) requires a Somerset G.P. to join the small and friendly multidisciplinary team based in Wells for one year (8 hours per month on Fridays) from January 2009.

Do you have a keen interest and sensitivity to long-term conditions and enjoy the challenge of patients with complex medical problems? This role includes patient assessment; liaison with other Somerset G.P.'s and medical advice to patients, carers and the team. Opportunities will be given to develop knowledge and skills relating to the condition.
